So, my internet at home may be going away.
Generally, when at home and using the internet I am using one of two wireless networks that are not password protected and have a fairly strong signal. These two networks are named macbase and linksys.
While a little slow I have used both of them and they have rarely let me down.
That is until last night.
macbase is now PASSWORD protected.
linksys worked for me when I got home, but then stopped (which is when I tried to switch to macbase and was denied), but did not work later in the evening.
I may have to break down and actually get my own internet. If anyone wants to do some research for me and see what is available besides Comcast (expensive punks), that would be awesome. Because I really don't want to pay $60+ a month.

You should look at lowermybills.com. They can research what services are available in your area and do a cost comparison!
