So I was reading Tomato Nation today and they mentioned Brad Renfro.
Stay with me this may take awhile.
So they mention BR and basically what a douche he is (former child actor with a drug problem fishcakes). This immediately sparks a memory of when I saw him in the Cincinnati airport and I recognized him and tried to figure out what he would be doing in Cincinnati.
But, then as I was reading, and after I looked him up on imdb, I realized that it wasn't BR that I saw at the airport. It was someone else. But who was it? Seriously, I could clearly picture him in the airport. Smoking evern though obviously it was a "No Smoking" area. Talking to some random person he was with. Him possibly noticing my inappropriate, slightly creepy staring. Shorter than I expected, chubbier than the movies he was in... I recognized him then, could give you his name...but my memory now of this? Failing me in every way.
This is when I wished my brain could just be hooked up to Google (or in this case Google Images) so that the internet would just tell me the answer. Sadly, this is not yet a possibility (but that may be for the best right now actually).
Instead I turned to imdb. I tried to remember what I saw my unknown child actor in...I thought it had Jodie Foster in. But no, I was wrong. Nothing on her resume sparked recognition.
Good Lord, who was HE? If this took much longer I was going to go crazy and start asking people...becuase they would be able to read my mind and tell who I was thinking of even though I could give them very few clues.
GAH! Who was it? (whiney)
Then, the little light came on above my head. Wasn't his name Eddie? So, hoping that something, anything would turn up, I typed E-d-d-i-e into the imdb search function.
EUREKA!
Low and behold, it totally worked, the answer? Edward Furlong. I am amazed that worked. And why did it work? Becuase other dorks like myself typed E-d-d-i-e into the search and ended up choosing his name from the list of returns. Either that or the internet is starting to read our minds.
I still have no idea why he was in the Cincinnati airport.
Unless... google do know why he was there?...maybe he's related to this guy.
